As a Finance Director, my aims and objectives are:
Record all financial transactions
This means that any incomes and outcomes would have to be reported to me, the financial director.
This also means that I would have to keep all reciepts from the company.
My team will help me collect money and deal with any issues, if needed.
Produce a financial plan showing how the company profits
I would have to create a cash flow to find out the current profit
I would also have to use this information to calculate the expected profit.
I would create a weekly bank balance.
Control banking and cash security
I would have to get regular bank statements
I would also have to deposit all money in a bank. (HSBC)
I would also place the money in a safe place, which will be locked, if I can't go to the bank.
hmm hmmhmmmmmm, good presentation, iwas impressed on your financila views, loooks like you thought long and hard about them, but who are going to be your team??
